Can I remove a customer or job once it is finished?

Yes, if you would like to do some "housekeeping", go to My Computer, C drive and you will see a folder "PRELIM3". This is where your data is stored. Open the JOBS folder and you will see a listing of all jobs. Highlight any that you want removed from the list and delete. Note that these jobs will not be able to be recovered in the future for releases so be certain you are finished. The second file within the "PRELIM3" folder is "Address.txt". This file contains the actual lender/customer/owner/subcontractor data files. Again, you can delete any of this that you wish but beware that it will no longer be available for future use. This should only be done if you are absolutely sure you will not need the data for future prelims. If you alter the order in which this data is listed it may result in wrong information being brought forward into your future prelims so be very careful. It is highly recommended that you make a backup copy of this file before proceeding. If the file becomes corrupted it may be lost.

My customer had an address change. How do I correct the data file?
